In a woman-to-woman straight talk, the running mate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has hit hard at the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful that Ghana belong to the people and not a particular group of individuals.

This was as, Ursula who also doubles as the Communications Minister had said the “real owners” of Ghana have taken back “their country”.

Although Mrs Owusu-Ekuful has explained that her “real owners” comment has misconstrued and taken completely out of context, the NDC running mate threw punches at her, saying: “The people are the real owners of Ghana”.

The professor running mate said this yesterday at the party’s manifesto launch dubbed “The people’s manifesto” in Accra.
