A judgement has been handled in favour of former Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) Chief Executive Officer, Dr Stephen Kwabena Opuni against Kumawood movie actor Kwagwo Nkansah alias Lil Win.

Comedian Lil Win was found guilty by the court for passing unwholesome comments about the former COCOBOD CEO on a live programme aired on Multimedia station, Adom TV.

His comments seek to prejudice a criminal case against Dr Opuni that is before a court be competent jurisdiction.

The comedian is a short video aired on same television, apologised to Dr Opuni for any harm by his comments as well as pleaded for his forgiveness.
