Ayisha Modi, an entertainment entrepreneur, has pressed criminal charges against Diamond Nannah Appiah, alias Boss lady, in US$30,000.00 land deal.

Diamond Appiah, who is also known on the entertainment industry, would be standing trial at the Accra Circuit Court this Monday.

Information gathered by the ghanalynk.com indicates that the duo who were once close pals are in court over a land at East Legon that Diamond Appiah allegedly sold to Ayisha Modi.

According to the information, the in question is not a registered property of Diamond Appiah and yet sold it to Ayisha Modi at the cost of US$300,000.00.

All things being equal, Diamond Appiah would be charged for defrauding by false pretences, a second degree felony.
