The Kaneshie District Court has ruled on stay of execution filed by the prosecution at the last sitting, October 3, 2022.

The application for stay of execution follows the district court granting the accused persons- Moro Salifu Zakaria, 44 years and land surveyor, Adams Salifu Zakaria, 33 years and a land surveyor, Amdiya Mohammed, 33 years and a trader, and Abass Mohammed, 27 years and a labourer – bail the very first time they were presented before it.
