Justice Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe was lost in her tracks after the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Godfred Yeboah Dame defied her advice in the trial of Cassiel Ato Forson and Richard Jakpa in the ambulance case.

Mr. Dame was strongly advised to distance himself from the trial as means of ensuring judicial process is protected was thrown to the dogs.

This gross portrayal of insolence caused the judge to stumble, and say, “so you will not listen to my advice?”

has absorbed from wrongdoing in his engagement on matters before her with an accused person.

The court placed the blame on the accused, Richard Jakpa for uttering that he is innocent and that the A-G is impressing upon him to assisting in securing conviction against Dr Cassiel Baah Ato Forso.
