Police say they have arrested three persons allegedly spotted in a viral video flogging some two individuals, believed to be lovebirds, publicly.

The incident, which attracted several onlookers to a Chief Palace, had Sidiki Osman, Bushiran Khigir, and Issahaku Mahama arrested, as suspects.

The police in a statement today said it is pursuing the other suspects who took the law into their own hands to visit instance justice on the victims.
