“A supposed defence counsel for West Togoland secessionist, Dennis Benson have grabbed yesterday by the police .
Benson imposed himself as a legal representative the separatists group who are being tried by a Kaneshie District Court in the Greater Accra Region.
Suspect Benson was detected to be fake while introducing himself to the court presided over by Her Honour Mrs Ama Adumakoma Akwakye.
Her Honour Ama Adumakoma Akwakye detecting his flaw, as asked him which school he attended, which year he completed the Ghana School of Law, his licence number and BAR number, which he abysmal failed to provide.
He, however, call someone he claimed to be working with to help him with those details but it turned out the information was equally false.
