Prosecution has given an indication that it would withdraw charges levelled against Patricia Aseiduwaa aka Agradaa.

The prosecution team led by Superintendent Sylvester Asare informed an Accra Circuit Court, presided Mrs Kizita Naa Koowa Quarshie today, the was no longer pursuing the case, hence the withdrawal.

Theophilus Donkor, counsel for Agradaa, urged the court to grants the prosecution’s prayer but Her Honour ordered the prosecution to come formally.

Agradaa mounted the witness box wearing gold platted white slit and blouse with long flowing gold coloured wig, heavy makeup, including about five inches tall eyelashes, medals -bracelets, chains, anklets, watch and earrings – and on wine shoes.

She was facing fraud charges.
